A place where Female garment workers are helped with supporting their families. Each item has been hand crafted (woven/hand screened/ sewn) by a garment worker effected by covid-19.
Why Kaftania?
Negative Carbon Footprint Luxury Fashion has been our product for years, but now with Covid-19 we are shifting our priorities. Now we need to help each other and the people who we will never meet but need. Woman all around the world have lost their jobs and are struggling to feed themselves and their families. We are committed to helping them by purchasing their products at a fare rate and selling them on our site. Kaftania is more then a store, it is a global village where artisanal workers produce what they love and we sell it for them.

With factories closing around the world, we are hearing cries for help from the workers themselves. Mostly females, supporting their families, have nowhere to turn for help. So we are committing ourselves to helping them through this time of need.
Kaftania will help us sell their hand woven, screen printed and sewn products giving then a way to support their families. By shopping you can hep us help them. Let's spread the love this holiday season and give a gift to a loved one while helping others we will never meet....
